Orders are placed through the contact record by selecting the ‘place order’ button. This opens a new page where details of the order can be entered. The system will allow the input of orders for a series of advertisement inserts into the selected publication. SpaceSales will manage many different publications.

The user has the ability to select individual issues for their series, or automatically select the next consecutive issues.

The system supports the input of agency discounts and also enables copy chasing to be managed efficiently.
