The system is protected from unauthorised access by requiring all users to log in, so keeping your data safe.

The user name you use to log in identifies you to the system and allows you to own a set of records and also actions. When using the system by default you will only be able to see and manupulate your own actions.

Users can belong to one of two user groups. The administrator's group has access to all the applications's features, while the users' group has restricted access.
