The details of all advertisers stored in SpaceSales may be managed by the user through the Contact Record page. On this page it is possible to save details of the primary contact. Any number of secondary contacts (viewed under the 'contacts' tab) and enter any number of notes regarding each contact.

In addition, this page may be used to set a 'next action' reminder, which may be viewed using the calendar, or viewed and managed using the pop up reminder system, as shown below.

To assist in the management of user actions, the system stores the actions for each contact as a date and time and action type. when the date time has passed a reminder will pop up, as shown below, allowing the user to either go to the record, dismiss the reminder or snooze the reminder for a period of time. These changes will be reflected in the calendar.
