The system will allow the user to save the date and time of actions, such as call contact, get order, etc. The type of actions can be set up by administrators.

The system will display actions for the logged on user and it is also possible to view actions for other users and all users. The actions displayed on the calendar will also trigger a reminder when the date and time has passed, allowing the user to manage their tasks.

The calendar will allow all actions for the user to be displayed daily, weekly or monthly.
